We ship most of our products free by first class mail within USA on order over $50, orders blow $50 will be charged $2.99 for first class mail shipping. All shipments are fully insured from the time your package leaves our premises to the moment you accept it.

We accept orders from most international countries - you can see the complete list of countries we ship to below.

• Customers are liable to pay the local import duties/taxes, as applicable in their country of import.

• All returns/exchanges from International destinations will be shipped by customers at their cost with full value insurance of all items being returned. Any import duty required to be paid by AYS Jewels for such returns, will be deducted from the refund to be processed for customer, if any.

All orders to be processed within approximately 24-48 business hours; provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. AYS Jewels does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday even air shipment.

In order to process your order in a timely matter, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.

AYS Jewels requires an adult signature on any package over $200.00 in value.

We DO NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (FedEx, UPS, DHL/Airborne, or other carriers) for any order.

All air shipment before 12:00pm EST will be process the same day; air shipments after 12:00pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Please note:

If a shipped item is returned to us due to your error (typographical or otherwise) or failure to accept the package (whether you have refused acceptance or not been present to accept), you will be charged a $40 fee to cover the complete shipping and insurance associated with that failed shipment. If the shipping address has to be changed after shipping, but while still in route, you will be charged a $25 fee to cover the incremental cost to us.
